Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tokyo Print Co., all products are made-to-order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences due to screen display settings
We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was sent
- Item was lost in transit
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us at tokyoprintco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
We will respond within 3 business days.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, we will send a replacement item.
