At Tokyo Print Co., all products are printed and shipped on demand. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and produced within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled by Printify and shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local carriers depending on your location.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at tokyoprintco@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.
Order Cancellations Due to Shipping Delays
We do not accept order cancellations due to shipping delays. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, cancellations are not possible. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at tokyoprintco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
